Ages 5–8: comfort and coordination
Young beginners should learn basic dribbling, passing, catching, balance, simple rules and how to enjoy participating with a group.
Ages 9–12: control and decisions
Players can build stronger weak-hand control, finishing, shooting habits, defensive positioning and simple reads in live play.
Ages 13–15: applying skills under pressure
Older players benefit from faster decisions, position-specific details, strength in fundamentals and greater accountability in team situations.
